Life is complicated. Things can feel chaotic. But I’ve discovered that the simple practice of pausing for a few seconds to appreciate life around us—big and small—is a way to find calm in the chaos. We need this more than ever, and this practice is what I like to call “celebrate all life wild.”

Creative Roots

I have found peace in drawing since I was a child. My grandmother, a talented artist, opened my eyes to see the world as artists do. My father, an avid nature enthusiast, taught me to pause, notice, and appreciate life in all its forms. My mother inspired the entrepreneurial spirit in me.

Artistic Brief History

I pursued art into university - studying Fashion Design with a big dream in mind. But life happened, and at the end of the first year, I transferred - leaving my wild behind to pursue STEM, a path I thought at the time was more noble. I drew wildlife art creating cute Christmas cards for my family. Moving to BC, I rediscovered art through painting, inspired by the leaves and trees. After University I explored career opportunities outside of art completely. Despite these interesting and exciting career paths, I always felt something was missing.

Style & Discovery

One day, almost by chance, I found my artistic style - drawing wildlife in pen line continuously. In this process, I felt truly present, more deeply connected to what I was creating. Suddenly, everything clicked. My art felt authentic, like a true reflection of who I am. I draw inspiration from the nature around me and wildlife photographers who capture the essence of life on Earth.
