1. How can I pay for my order?
We currently accept all major credit and debit cards (Visa, MasterCard, AMEX, etc.) through Shopify Payments, as well as Apple Pay and Google Pay for a speedy checkout. We also offer PayPal for secure online payments. You don’t need a PayPal account to complete your purchase—just select Pay with PayPal, and you’ll have the option to pay as a guest using your credit or debit card.

2. How does shipping work?
We offer worldwide shipping! Shipping times may vary based on your location, but here’s a general breakdown:

  • Domestic (US and Canada): 5-10 business days.
  • International: 10-20 business days. Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking number via email.

3. Where do you ship?
We currently offer shipping to the following countries:

  • Additional Countries: Austria, Belgium, Czechia, Denmark, Finland, France, Germany, Ireland, Italy, Netherlands, Norway, Poland, Portugal, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland, Bulgaria, Croatia, Estonia, Greece, Vatican City, Hungary, Latvia, Liechtenstein, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Monaco, Romania, San Marino, Slovakia, and Slovenia.

4. Do I have to pay customs if I’m in Canada?
If you're a Canadian customer, please note that some of our products are fulfilled in the US, and you may be responsible for customs duties or taxes upon delivery. Customs charges vary depending on the order value and local regulations.

5. Can I exchange or return my order?
Because each piece is made on demand, we don’t offer refunds. However, if your product is damaged or incorrect, we’ll be happy to send a replacement. Just email us at hello@wildpenco.com with photos of the issue, and we’ll take care of the rest. For more details, check out our Return Policy.

6. How long does it take to process my order?
Each piece is made to order, so it generally takes 3-5 business days to process your order before shipping. You’ll receive an email confirmation once it’s on its way!

7. Can I request a custom design?
Yes - for a limited time during our launch period! We'd love to collaborate on unique and personalized designs. If you have an idea for a custom apparel piece or want to work together on something special, reach out to us at hello@wildpenco.com. We’re open to hearing your ideas and exploring what our community would love to see.

8. Can I track my order?
Absolutely! Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking number via email, so you can follow its journey from us to you.

9. What do I do if I need help with my order?
If you need help or have questions about your order, feel free to email us at hello@wildpenco.com. We’ll get back to you as soon as possible to assist with any issues.
